We offer 1:1 coaching for endurance athletes, triathletes, cyclists, runners, & swimmers. In addition, we offer training plans through Training Peaks and continuing education through articles and podcasts that focus on the full-spectrum approach.
Having a coach is a huge benefit to your training, no matter what level of athlete you are. A coach is someone who can assess your progress objectively and help you in planning for your goals, AND they can help you adjust course if needed, help you stay motivated and point out potential blind spots in your training. If you’ve ever wondered “I wonder if I should…” in regards to your training, then maybe it’s time to talk to a coach.

In short: YES. The female hormone cycle is an important factor to consider as we coach our athletes. While women can race and perform well at any point in their cycle, we do take great care in adjusting the types of workouts to match each athlete’s hormone cycle. This way, we utilize the female physiology as a strength to make workouts as effective as possible.
